Rhythmic Gymnastics classes for beginners (ages 4-7) are added to the program
Sundays 2:00-3:00pm. First class 09/04/11
Introduction
to basic Rhythmic Gymnastics training with focus on fun and fitness for all to enjoy. Ballet steps & music will be a big
part of these lessons.
Highly
recommended to ballet students as an additional training.
Our
goals: Coordination and flexibility.
These classes are designed to introduce the wonderful world of rhythmic gymnastics to girls ages 4 and up. Training
1-2 hours per week. Children will learn the fundamental body movements of the sport using combination of colorful hand apparatus
such as ribbons, hoops, ropes and balls in specially choreographed rhythmic routines.

If you are an adult, who would like to
shapeup and relieve daily stress in pleasant adults only environment - these classes are for you!
Level-1 syllabuses will
be taught in systematic training unifying rules of classical ballet. The students will be taught the precise and detailed
technique of every step.
Beautiful classical music
will accompany every ballet class.
Wear convenient uniform
of your choice.
Hair off face and neck, with longer hair secured in a bun, no loose ponytails, etc.
Ballet shoes will be preferred.

Please note before enrolling: there are no refunds/make ups for missed classes.
Drop in rates are not available for classes. Refund will
be given only if entire session is canceled.
